I like this product but unfortunately still end up with raccoon eyes within a few hours and small flakes. Even when my eye area is dry.

Wonderful product!! No clumping, applies evenly, lasting lengthening effect, removes easily. The brown shade is less harsh than typical black shades and creates a lovely more natural and youthful look! Pairs beautifully with Persona’s brown eyeliner!!
