Returns

We want to ensure you'll love your Persona products so we'll be happy to help with a return with store credit on orders $40 within 14 days of purchase from www.personacosmetics.com. Please send us your order # and the reason to customerservice@personacosmetics.com and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. We accept returns for US orders only.

 
Refunds
Once your return is received we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable, your refund will be processed via store credit within 3-5 business days. US orders only.


Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still need help locating the refund please email us at customerservice@personacosmetics.co or message us using the messenger feature on our site.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@personacosmetics.com
