Where are your products available for purchase?
Our products are only available for purchase through our site personacosmetics.com and ulta.com
What is your return policy?
We want to ensure you'll love your Persona products so we'll be happy to help with an exchange or a return with store credit on orders $30+ within 30 days of purchase from www.personacosmetics.com. Please send us your order # and the reason for the exchange or return to customerservice@personacosmetics.com and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to US, Canada and over 175 countries worldwide. You can see exactly which countries we ship to if you enter your shipping information on our check out page. You can also see what the shipping cost will be during the checkout process. Any US orders over $40 will be free shipping.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes our products are cruelty-free and will always be cruelty-free.
How will I know my order was confirmed and will be shipped?
You will receive a email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Please note international order will not receive tracking information.
What is the method of shipping?
We use USPS First Class mail for US orders. Please allow time for customs delays when shipping to to countries outside of the US.
How long will shipping take (US and International)?
Please allow 24 hours to process any order. US orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days. For international orders, you will see the shipping date in the checkout process. Please contact help@passportshipping.com with any shipping related questions regarding your international order.
