Shipping policy

Where do you ship?

We ship to US, Canada and to select countries internationally. You can see exactly which countries we ship to if you enter your shipping information on our check out page. You can also see what the shipping cost will be during the checkout process. 

How will I know my order was confirmed and will be shipped?
You will receive a email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Please note international orders will not receive tracking information.

What is the method of shipping?
We use USPS First Class mail for US orders. Please allow time for customs delays when shipping to to countries outside of the US. 

Why are there no recent tracking updates on my international order?

It is not uncommon for there to be delays or gaps in tracking information for international orders. Please contact customerservice@personacosmetics.com with any shipping related questions regarding your international order.

How long will shipping take (US and Canada)?
Please allow 2-3 days to process your order & 2-3 business days for shipping within the US. For orders to Canada you can view the estimated shipment delivery date at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to over 175 countries internationally. Please continue to the checkout page to see if we ship to your country.

How long will international shipping take?
