Shipping policy
Where do you ship?
We ship to US, Canada and to select countries internationally. You can see exactly which countries we ship to if you enter your shipping information on our check out page. You can also see what the shipping cost will be during the checkout process. Any US orders over $50 will be free shipping.
How will I know my order was confirmed and will be shipped?
You will receive a email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Please note international orders will not receive tracking information.
What is the method of shipping?
We use USPS First Class mail for US orders. Please allow time for customs delays when shipping to to countries outside of the US.
Why are there no recent tracking updates on my international order?
It is not uncommon for there to be delays or gaps in tracking information for international orders. Please contact help@passportshipping.com with any shipping related questions regarding your international order.
How long will shipping take (US and Canada)?
Please allow 2-3 days to process your order & 2-3 business days for shipping within the US and 7-21 days for shipments to Canada. Please contact help@passportshipping.com with any shipping related questions regarding your international order.

Currently, international orders may experience some delays due to COVID-19. It is highly suggested that international customers add the Route insurance at checkout for extra protection for lost, stolen and/or damaged packages. If you have not received your order, and it shipped 30 days ago, please contact our customer service team here for further assistance.
Route does require that claims for lost packages are made within 30 days of the last tracking update, so it is important to let our customer service team know if your order appears to be delayed.
Route Shipping Protection
We offer extra shipping protection for potential packages that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged through Route. Route is automatically added to your cart at checkout to enable this protection.
