    Palette

Thought it was a little underwhelming at first, then I tried it and the colors really do look great on the eyes and are very natural. It’s now my go to palette.

    Gorgeous

Beautiful pallet, and I have a collection of pallets so I have a lot to compare to. I think this is my favorite.

I absolutely love this palette. The colors are so pretty and they stay on for a long time. I been using it daily and I been in love since I got it. Totally recommend, if you’re into neutral pretty colors!

    Great Everyday Eyeshadow!

This palette is awesome! The mattes are super buttery and blendable, and the shimmers make an impact and are pigmented. I would def buy again! :)

    Brown Eyed Girl

This color story is similar to professional MUA palettes, especially the two Kryolan palettes similarly organized as structure builders/neutrals and brights (Identity 2), but this one doesn’t require training. It’s a pro style palette that anyone can use with polished results — with correct brushes. The mattes finger-swatched too dark for me, but are in fact wearable when applied with a fluffier brush to pick up less product. They blend easily, and also build up easily with a denser brush. The tools determine color saturation. The palette would be perfect except some mattes are powdery and appear dry on skin, and some shimmers have fallout as shimmers do. For this perfect composition of shades, I don’t mind. Wayne Goss made a video about the ordeal of starting his own bravely self-funded brand (“Why My Makeup Line Failed!!!” — tho it didn’t btw). He made touchingly clear (he cried, I cried, commenters cried) the challenges of entrepreneurship for someone who loves makeup but is new to business models, finance and commerce. My takeaway is that capitalization and liquidity are make-or-break critical in manufacturing hard goods (versus e.g., YouTube content). It’s why a $100 billion+ dollar company owned by 4 giant VCs makes incredibly luxurious, weighty magnetic cases for lipstick that sells for $7 (SheGlam) that are better than my Chanel magnetized cases. They can afford to produce on a scale that drives down costs significantly for products that are sometimes surprisingly…
