Persona Files: Meet Jen Wonders
Jen Azoulay, a Paris-born creative director and fashion influencer, has over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry. Starting at Elle Magazine, she later moved to Los Angeles where she worked as a stylist, designer, and creative director. After 5 years, she returned to Paris and joined Dior in Visual Merchandising for over 6 years. Seeking new horizons, she moved back to L.A. and launched her blog, Jen Wonders, in 2016. The blog, along with her Instagram account @jen_wonders, quickly became her full-time focus alongside her role as a creative director for various brands.
Driven by her passion for vintage, she founded Jen Wonders Studio, a sustainable and unique brand that revamps vintage pieces, creating one-of-a-kind designs. Most recently, Jen opened a Vintage showroom in LA, Jen Wonders Studio, that offers an exclusive look at one-of-a-kind vintage treasures and gems, from post-modern furniture, artworks, handmade objects, antique ceramics, to hand-adorned pieces selected by Jen herself throughout her worldwide travels.
Where’s your favorite place to draw inspiration?
My worldwide travels always bring me so much inspiration, and watching old movies.
What is a must-have vintage piece?
A classic, vintage blazer. Curating a selection of key, classic pieces as wardrobe staples is a great place to start.Â
